My name is of Basque origin, equivalent to Enrique in Spanish. I was born and raised in northern Spain, in a family-oriented and rural environment, which has made me appreciate both the tranquility of the countryside and the importance of personal relationships.
I've always seen myself as a cheerful and approachable person. My friends and colleagues often describe me as hardworking, yet easygoing, and someone who brings joy to those around me. I love trying new and exciting things—each year I get into something different. For example, two years ago I started learning the piano, and last year I took up rowing for the first time.
Sports are my favorite way to unwind and reconnect. If I had to pick a place to escape and relax, it would definitely be running along the Bizkaia coast, a place that gives me both peace and energy.
Over the years, I’ve worked in various jobs, and something I’ve always valued deeply is the work environment and personal relationships. For me, being surrounded by a motivating and friendly team is essential. This has led me to choose projects and companies where not only the work matters but also the environment and the people around me.
I consider myself good at the early stages of a project, where nothing is established yet, and you have to create something from scratch. This process excites me because it allows for the discovery of new ideas and perspectives. I also enjoy working directly with clients. It's a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and boredom is never an option.
